Why should I try POOPEE POTTY?

Which size is suited for my pet?

Pets under 25 lbs should use the standard size (20x24 inches)

Pets over 25 lbs should use the large size (40x48 inches)

 

How often should I change the grass?

We recommend replacing POOPEE POTTY every 2-4 weeks depending on how frequently the potty is being used.

 

Should I water the grass?

We recommend not watering the grass. It is normal that the grass turns dry and yellow over time, especially when the weather is extremely hot or cold. Keep in mind that dogs do not care if the grass is green or dried yellow as long there is grass! 

 

What is the maintenance of the grass?

No maintenance! You just need to pick up your dog's poop and let the grass do the rest.

 

Can I use the grass box indoors?

Yes you can use it indoors as our packaging has a water-resistant lining around the box. 

 

How do I use it?

You open the box and place the lid under the bottom box. Please make sure to keep the grass patch in the box for leakage protection.

 

Is it only for dogs?

Any domestic pets can use the grass!

 

How do I make my pet use the grass?

Grass is a natural attractant for dogs to do their needs so training is easy and quick. Make sure you dab your pet`s urine on the grass and place your pet on the grass when they are about to pee or poo. Reward it with a treat if needed. 

 

What is the shipping fee and return policy?

Shipping is $7.99 for deliveries in the Montreal area (including Brossard and Laval) and $15 for outside of Montreal (Candiac, Terrebone, Châteauguay, Varennes, Rosemère, Saint-Eustable). If you have a special request for a delivery, send us an email! No refunds will be permitted as we guarantee fresh farmed green grass. If there are any problems or concerns, please check the contact page. 

 

What is the cancellation policy?

It's simple. You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription ANYTIME. 

 

Is POOPEE POTTY available in my area?

For now, we only deliver to the Greater Montreal area.
